The academic year runs from March to February. Admissions begin in the second week of October each year. The prospectus and admission form can be obtained from the school office.
A child must be at least 4 years and 6 months old to be eligible for the admission test for KG. The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any child's admission.
A child who is not mentally fit or suffers from a contagious disease that may adversely affect others will NOT BE ADMITTED.
Parents must fill out the prescribed registration form available at the school office. Every student seeking admission must appear for a written test/interview as per the rules. PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION IN ANY WAY.
Registered children must appear for an admission test, which may be written or oral, as decided by the school for different levels. The aptitude test/interview will assess English, Hindi, Mathematics, and/or any other necessary subjects.
The selection of candidates depends on their performance in the test/interview and the availability of seats in the respective class.
The date of the aptitude test/interview results will be communicated to the students.
Based on the admission test and other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit any student found fit for admission or deny admission based on performance.
Any false or incorrect information provided may lead to disqualification from the admission process.
The names of selected candidates, as per the admission procedure, will be displayed on the notice board.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Children whose fees have not been paid up to date may be prevented from taking school or public examinations.
A transfer certificate will not be issued until all outstanding amounts are cleared.
The fees payable are subject to change from time to time. However, parents will be informed of any such changes.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
A duly filled form, available from the school, must be submitted along with the following documents:
A copy of the birth certificate.
The original transfer certificate from the student's previous school.
Two passport-sized photographs of the student.
The student's last academic report from the previous school.
